Allan Butt was born October 17, 1954. He graduated from Mobile College (now the University of Mobile) in 1985 with a B.A. degree in Psychology and with honors in Art. He was a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society of Psychology and completed graduate level studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Allan was licensed to Gospel Ministry by Cottage Hill Baptist Church and Pastor Fred Wolfe in 1977. He was ordained in 1985 by South Lakeland Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida.

Over the years, Allan has served in all aspects of the gospel ministry. He served as a missionary in Haiti, West Indies from 1982 to 1983 with his wife and two small sons. Allan preached to tens of thousands in evangelistic meetings all over Haiti.

He assisted in medical missions, feeding programs, and taught at the Pastor Training Center in Port Au Prince. He worked with many different denominations in reaching out to the Haitian people.

He has spoken at conferences alongside great men of God such as Jack Taylor and Leonard Ravenhill, and at Bible schools and churches throughout the United States challenging and encouraging the body of Christ. He speaks often on both Biblical and historical revivals and the urgent need of our day for a mighty move of the Holy Ghost in our land.

He is president of Almond Branch Ministries.

Allan is married to Felicia Fowler Butt and has ten children. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
